Discounts and coupon codes may be limited in some way, for example you may have to spend a minimum amount, include certain products in your basket or be located in a certain place. Discounts and coupon codes may also have an expiry date.
If a discount or coupon code is given to you by email, text message or direct social media message or is tied to some membership held by you (e.g. myPetPass, VIP Club, Velocity or RACQ membership) it is exclusive to you and for your own dogs and cats, and only in retail quantities. It cannot be used for wholesale or other bulk orders. Unless expressed clearly in the terms and conditions, coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon code or offer (excluding gift with purchase offer) or by any person other than the person to whom the communication was addressed or who holds the membership to which it is linked.
The terms and conditions of a particular discount or coupon code may be communicated to you by us in different ways depending on the purpose of the discount or coupon code. For example the terms and conditions may be published on our website, social media, printed materiall or included in the email in which the discount or coupon code was communicated. Discounts and coupon codes may only be used in accordance with those terms and conditions and may only be used on purchase in retail quantities. It cannot be used for wholesale or other bulk orders. If we determine that a discount or coupon code is being used contrary to the spirit of the terms and conditions, we may decline to apply the discount or coupon code and/or cancel any applicable order. We may cancel or suspend any discount or coupon code or the terms and conditions that apply to a coupon code at any time and for any reason including where we consider an attempt has been made contrary to the spirit and intent of these provisions and the terms and conditions, there has been an error or ommission or where stock has run out.
